Project Overview:

The transformation of the existing roof on the AIB Building in Raheny is a testament to the skill of P & K Building Services. The project spanned from the initial preparation stage right through to the final touches, with each phase marked by careful attention and expertise. The team did an excellent job applying the Mariseal Polyurethane System by Saint Gobain, known for its durability and finish.

The process began with the application of Marisolv 9010 Primer, ensuring a solid foundation for the subsequent layers. This was followed by two coats of Mariseal 250, providing robust waterproofing and protection. To reinforce the durability, a 100MM bandage was meticulously applied to all joints, creating an additional layer of security against leaks. The finishing touch was the Mariseal 400 Top coat, offering a resilient and lasting shield.
