RoofTX Maxi is a roofing underlay characterised by its low resistance and vapour permeability, serving as an effective air barrier. This underlay is known for its durability, flexibility, and lightweight properties, making installation straightforward. It provides temporary protection against elements like wind-driven rain, snow, and dust. RoofTX Maxi conforms to various regulations and standards, is BBA certified, and is manufactured under an ISO 9001 quality management system. It's composed of polypropylene, and is used for pitched roofing applications. For installation, the membrane should be unrolled with the color side up and fixed to the rafters or boarded sarking, ensuring proper overlap for water shedding.
